LENGTH AND DURATION: 5.6 km; route suitable for families with children (2.5-3.5 hours, time includes stops)
From the center of Bovec, we will start along Rupa and soon turn left behind the Alp Hotel towards Črna ovca, past the church of the Virgin Mary in Polje, where we will cross the asphalt road and continue straight along the field path. After about 200 m, we will turn right towards the Cuder farm and along the cart track to the asphalt road Bovec - Vodenca. We will continue in the direction of Farma Bogata (1.75 km). We will visit the museum, they will introduce us to the estate and will taste Planika's products. After the tour, we will return to the asphalt road and head towards Vodenca to the turnoff for Ravelnik. There will be a gentle climb, and we will continue along the foot of Ravelnik to the perfectly preserved positions of the Austro-Hungarian army (3.4 km). After the tour, we will continue along the path to Breg, where we will cross the asphalt road Bovec - Log pod Mangartom. After 50 m, we will turn left, signposted Bovec. After 350 m, we will be at the beekeeper's - tasting of honey and honey products. We will continue our journey in the direction of Bovec through Frnjaža to Mala vas, across Žaršče to the center of Bovec, where a well-deserved medal, a hot meal and a traditional Bovec dessert - "bovški kraf" will await us at the finish line.
